Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.
PO Boxes We ship to PO boxes via Australia Post Standard Shipping.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ezenceapparel.com and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Ezence is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
